| 摘 要： | 目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术发生肿瘤漏诊的原因,探讨预防对策。方法对牡丹江医学院第二附属医院2003~2007年间发生的3例腹腔肿瘤漏诊病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果3例腹腔肿瘤均属中晚期,2例进行了二次手术。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术漏诊腹腔肿瘤后果严重,对症状不典型或可疑点的病例,术后恢复缓慢或症状仍持续存在的患者,都要高度警惕有腹腔漏肿瘤诊的可能,相信随着重视度的提高,系统性检查的完善,腹腔肿瘤的漏诊率能明显下降。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate preventative measures by analyzing the cause of missed tumor diagnosis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method Three recorded tumor cases of missed diagnosis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,occurred in The second hospital affiliated with Mudanjiang Medical College from 2003 to 2007,were analyzed retrospectively.Results 3 cases were in intermediate and advanced stages,among them 2 patients were treated by the second operation.Conclusion Missed diagnosis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy... |
