| 摘 要： | 对２０９名ＴＰＡ作业工人和１０７名对照工人的血清血管紧张素转换酶（ＳＡＣＥ）水平进行分析。发现接触组ＳＡＣＥ活性显著高于对照组；ＳＡＣＥ活动升高与尿ＴＰＡ负荷之间呈现一定的剂量依赖关系。结果提示，ＳＡＣＥ可能是反映ＴＰＡ作业人群肺细胞轻度损伤和／或肾毒性的早期敏感指标 |

| Abstract: | Serum angiotensin converting enzyme(SACE)was analyzed in 209 workers exposed to terephthalic acid(TPA)and 107 control workers.It was found that SACE activity of exposure workers was significantly higher than that of the controls and that dose dependent relationship to some extent existed between the SACE activity and the urinary TPA load.The present result suggests that SACE is probably an early sensitive indicator evaluating the slight lung cell injury and/or nephrotoxicity from the workers of exposure TPA. |
