辨证施护对单纯性肛瘘患者术后的生活质量及心理状态的影响

目的 探讨辨证施护对单纯性肛瘘患者术后的生活质量及心理状态的影响. 方法将200例单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别施治辨证施护干预和常规护理干预,评价两组患者生活质量、抑郁和焦虑症状、疗效. 结果两组术前、术后1周及术后1个月生活质量各项目评分及总分均显著提高（P＜0.05）,术后观察组各项目评分及总分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组术前、术后1周及术后1个月SDS和SAS评分均显著降低（P＜0.05）,术后观察组SDS和SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组疗效显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）. 结论辨证施护能有效改善患者的生活质量和心理状态,促进患者术后康复.

Syndrome nursing for anal fistula patients＇ quality of life and psychological state

Objective To investigate the effect of syndrome nursing for anal fistula patients＂ quality of life and psycho- logical state. Methods A total of 200 cases of anal fistula patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , respectively differentiation syndrome nursing intervention and usual care intervention patients were evaluated quality of life depression and anxiety symptoms treatment. Results Preoperative, postoperative 1 week and 1 month after the quality of life of each item score and total score were significantly increased （P〈0.05）, postoperative score and score each project group were higher （P〈0.05）. Preoperative and postoperative 1 week and I month after SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）, postoperative observation group SDS and SAS scores higher （P〈0.05）. Observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Syndrome nursing could effectively improve the quality of life and psychological state of the patient, and promote postoperative recovery.
