不同程度妊娠高血压综合征对妊娠结局的影响

目的观察不同程度妊娠高血压综合征对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2007年9月～2011年4月收治的152例妊高征患者，按照其病情程度分为重度组和轻中度组，并选取同期80例正常妊娠产妇为对照组，对比三组产妇妊娠结局，观察妊高征对妊娠结局的影响。结果轻中度组的并发症发病率为2．5％，明显低于重度组11．0％（P〈0．05）；对照组新生儿的各项指标均优于妊高征产妇，且轻中度组新生儿的各项指标优于重度组（P〈0．05）。结论产妇的并发症以及妊娠结局与妊高征的病变程度呈正相关，对其采用相对应的处理措施，可以提高母婴预后。

Different levels of pregnancy-induced hypertension affect pregnancy outcomes observed

Objective To observe the different levels of pregnancy-induced hypertension on pregnancy outcomes. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 152 cases patients admitted to our hospital from September 2007 to April 2011 were divided into severe group and mild to moderate group, and selected 80 cases of normal pregnancy women into the control group, the pregnancy outcomes of three groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications of mild to moderate group （2.5%） were lower than that of severe group （ 11.0% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） ;The neonatal indicators of control group were better than PIH women,and the neonatal indicators of mild to moderate group were also better than that of severe group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Condusion Maternal complications and pregnancy outcomes are positively correlated with the severity of PIH, and in order to improve maternal and child outcomes we should adopt appropriate measures to PIH.
