青年人胃癌的临床分析

目的探讨青年人胃癌的病理和临床特点。方法回顾我院1984~2005年间,经胃镜检查并经病理证实的青年人胃癌112例,分析其临床特点并与中老年组比较。结果青年人胃癌与幽门螺旋杆菌感染有较密切关系,病理组织分化程度较差,病灶多发生在胃窦,临床表现以腹痛和出血最常见,较早发生远处转移,预后亦较差。结论对有上消化道症状的青年人应尽早作胃镜检查,早期确诊,改善预后。

Clinical analysis of young patients with gastric cancer

Objective To explore the pathological and clinical features of young patients with gastric cancer.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of young patients with gastric cancer were diagnosed by gastroscopy and histological pathology in our hospital during 1984~2005.The pathological and clinical features were retrospectively analyzed and compared with middle-elderly patients.Results The cause of gastric cancer in young patients was related to Helicobacter polori(HP)infection closely,the degree of pathological differentiation was low,the focus were often located in the gastric antrum,the most common symptoms were abdominal pain and hemorrhage,the forane metastasis might take place early and the prognosis was worse than that of the middle-elderly patients.Conclusion The young patients who suffer from upper alimentary canal disorder should be taken by gastroscopic examination promptly,in order to be diagnosed early and to improve the prognosis.
