人工全髋关节置换术康复的护理干预

目的为了观察人工全髋关节置换术康复护理干预对患者的疗效。方法采取术前指导，加强肢体和关节功能，床上排便的训练：术后康复指导以及出院指导。结果患者平均住院时间为17．5d，术后伤口均一期愈合，无因康复护理不当而造成假体脱位、感染等并发症的发生，出院时全组患者能够达到生活基本自理。结论人工全髋关节置换术康复护理的干预对患者的康复非常重要。

Nursing Intervention of Rehabilitation of Artificial Total Hip Joint Replacement

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention of rehabilitation of replacement of artificial total hip joint. Methods We adopted measures of perioperative tutor and strengthening the training of the function of extremity and joint and defecation on bed and postoperative tutor of rehabilitation and guidance out of hospital.Result The average time of hospitalization of patients was 17.5 days.Perioperative wound was recovered at the first period.There were no occurrence of such complications as dislocation of extremity and infection due to in-appropriate nursing. Out of hospitaLall patients could basicly handle their life. Conclusion Nursing intervention of Rehabilitation of replacement of artificial total hip joint was of much importance for the recovery of patients.
