摘    要:目的:建立比较分析不同基源中药贝母品种中淀粉粒的新方法。方法:采用扫描电子显微镜对几种常见的贝母药材包括浙贝母Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.、湖北贝母Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.和平贝母Fritillariaussuriensis Maxim中所含的淀粉粒进行观察,同时采用X射线能谱分析对其所含的无机成分进行元素分析。结果:淀粉粒在形态学上差异甚微,然而其无机元素的差异比较明显,平贝母中含有P元素(0.23%),在湖北贝母和浙贝母中没有该元素。结论:该方法简单可行,为贝母属植物的资源鉴定提供了新的依据,为其它中药材资源的鉴定提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To compare the starch grain and its inorganic constituents of different botanical origin Fritillariae Bulbus.Methods To investigate the starch granules of Fritillariae Bulbus by sacn electron microscopy,including Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.And Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim.At the same time,the inorganic constituents were determined by the energy dispersive X-ray analysis.Results Differences in starch grain morphology is little,but it is obvious different in inorganic elements.F.hupehensis contains P(0.23%),but the others are absent of the element.Conclusion The method is simple and available,it provides a new scientific base for the identification of Fritillariae Bulbus,and it provides a reference for the identification of other traditional Chinese medicine.
