高血压病的降压治疗与脑卒中相关关系的前瞻性研究

通过五年的前瞻性研究,证实了噻嗪类药物和/或β阻滞剂在预防脑卒中方面有一定的效果。并肯定了高血压病患者长期服药的重要性。

The correlation between stroke and long-term using of antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients——A prospective study

patients from hypertension screening were evaluated for the long-term drug therapy for hypertension. They were divided into four groups: First group (83 cases) were treated with D.C.T.and propranolol; Second group ( 30 cases) were treated with Reserpin Go; Third group (60 cases) were using drugs irregularly and Fourth group (40 cases) taking no drugs. All of the patients were peasants, with age between 50-70. Analysis of all data of five years showed that antihypertensive effects in the first and second group were better than the other two groups. 6 of the 7 stroke death were in the third or fourth group. On the other hand, this study demonstrated that mean serum cholesterol level in stroke group was higher than nonstroke group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01) . In conclusion, drug therapy may influence the incidence and prognososis of stroke, and hypertensive patients should be treated with a long-term drug therapy.
