蛇床子中蛇床子素提取工艺研究

摘    要:
目的优选蛇床子素提取工艺。方法采用正交实验考察碱用量(A)、浸泡时间(B)、超声时间(C)和碱浓度(D)4个影响因素,以蛇床子素含量为评价指标,并采用HPLC法进行测定。结果蛇床子超声提取的最佳工艺为加30倍量2%NaOH,浸泡时间1.5h,超声时间10min。结论该工艺稳定可行,经济实用。

Abstract:
Objective To optimize the extraction process of osthole in Cnidium monnieri( L. ) Cuss. Method The four factors ‘alkali volume (A); soaks time(B); supersonic time (C); alkali concentration (D)' were investigated by orthogonal design where the content of osthole was defined as the standard index. Osthole was determined by HPLC. Result The optimum process of the extraction was added 30 times amount of 2% sodium hydroxide and soaking for 1.5h and supersonic for 10 minutes. Conclusion The optimized process is stable feasible, economic and practicality.
