北京地区43家医院2005～2007年口服抗高血压药利用分析

目的:了解北京地区口服抗高血压药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对北京地区43家医院2005～2007年口服抗高血压药种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:2006、2007年口服抗高血压药销售金额增长率分别为23.71%、24.31%;最常用的是钙通道阻滞药(CCB)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)。CCB销售金额占总销售金额的42%以上,ARB和ACEI占总销售金额的40%,ARB类销售金额增长最快;销售金额排序列前15位的药品包括氨氯地平、硝苯地平、缬沙坦、比索洛尔等。结论:北京地区口服抗高血压药应用呈增长趋势,其临床应用结构合理。

Utilization of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in 43 Hospitals of Beijing During 2005-2007

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the current status and tendency of the application of oral antihypertensive drugs in 43 hospitals of Beijing. METHODS： The oral antihypertensive drugs used in 43 hospitals of Beijing during 2005 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of the drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, DDC etc. RE- SULTS： The incremental rate of oral antihypertensive drugs was 23.71% in 2006 and 24.31% in 2007. Calcium- channel blockers （CCB）, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocking agents （ARB） and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） were the most frequently used antihypertensive drugs. The consumption sum of CCB accounted for no less than 42%, and that of ARB and ACEI accounted for 40% . The consumption sum of ARB witnessed a most rapid increase. Amlodipine, Nifedipine, Valsartan, Bisoprolol etc ranked among the top 15 among all the antihypertensive drugs. CONCLUSION： The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in Beijing has been on the rise, and its application structure is reasonable on the whole.
