摘 要: | 目的:建立青阳参分散片溶出度的测定方法,为其质量控制提供方法和参数。方法:以水为溶出介质,转速为100r.min-1,以高效液相色谱法在259nm波长处测定每片样品中青阳参苷元的溶出量。结果:3批青阳参分散片的溶出度基本一致,45min累积百分溶出总量均能达到90%以上,且重现性良好。结论:青阳参分散片的质量能达到2005年版《中国药典》要求。

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the dissolution of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets so as to provide method and parameters for quality control of this kind of tablets. METHODS: With water as dissolution medium in a rotating speed of 100 r · min^-1, the dissolution of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets was determined by HPLC at a wavelength of 259 nm. RESULTS: Similar dissolution rates were obtained for 3 batches of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets, with accumulative dissolution rates of all samples at 45 minutes reached above 90%, and a good reproducibility was noted. CONCLUSION: The quality of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets is up to the standard stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 Edition). |
