儿童髓母细胞瘤中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体表达

目的 研究尿激酶型纤维溶酶原激活剂受体（uPAR)在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测84例经手术病理证实并获随访的儿童髓母细胞瘤（男46例，女38例，年龄6－12岁）中uPAR表达，按术后生存期3、5、10年，分为A、B和C组，使用Cox回归统计分析。结果 84例儿童髓母细胞瘤中，uPAR阳性表达64例（76％），A、B和C组间uPAR阳性表达分别为95％、67％和40％（P＜0．01）；Cox回归分析显示uPAR是影响生存时间的一个独立的预后因子，它与预后存在高度负相关性。结论 uPAR表达水平同儿童髓母细胞瘤预后密切相关。

Expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor in medulloblastomas of children

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of urokinase type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) in medulloblastomas of children. Methods The expression of uPAR in 84 pathologically confirmed child medulloblastoma specimens from the patients with the survival period of 3, 5, and 10 years (Group A, B and C respectively) was studied by LSAB (labelled strepatavidin biotin), immunohistochemical technique and follow-up survey with Cox regression analysis. Results The positive expression rate of uPAR was 76% in 64 cases and 95% , 67% and 40% respectively in group A, B and C (P<0.01). Cox regression showed that uPAR was an independent prognostic factor affecting survival and it had close negative correlation with prognosis. Conclusion The expression level of uPAR is closely related to the prognosis of medulloblastomas in children.
