含左氧氟沙星四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌疗效观察

目的观察含左氧氟沙星四联疗法与传统三联疗法对根除幽门螺杆菌（helicobacter pylori,HP）治疗效果。方法将14C呼气试验阳性的患者258例,随机分为治疗组（172例）与对照组（86例）,治疗组采用含左氧氟沙星四联疗法,对照组采用传统三联疗法,疗程均为10 d,治疗期间观察患者不良反应及耐受性,待全部治疗结束后4周复查14C呼气试验。结果两组间幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为：治疗组94.8%,对照组65.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组间不良反应分别为11.6%和12.8%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,且不良反应较轻微,无因药物不良反应需中断治疗的病例。结论含左氧氟沙星四联疗法HP根除率高,无明显毒副作用,患者耐受性好,疗效明显优于传统三联疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Levofloxacin quadruple therapy on eradication of helicobacter pylori department of internal medicine

Objective To observe the levofloxacin-based quadruple therapy and conventional triple therapy regimens for eradication of Helicobacter pylori（Helicobacter, pylori, HP） treatment.Methods The 14C breath test was positive in 258 cases of patients, randomly divided into the treatment group（172 cases） and control group（86 cases）, the treatment group used levofloxacin quadruple therapy, the control group using the traditional triple therapy, treatment for 10days, to observe the adverse reaction of patients and toleranceduring the treatment,4 weeks all 14C breath test after the end of treatment.Results Two groups of HP eradication rates were： 94.8%in treatment group, 65.1% in control group, with significant difference（P〈0.01）. The adverse reactions between the two groups was 11.6%and 12.8%, no significant difference（P〈0.05）, and the adverse reactions were slight,because no interruption of treatment for drug adverse reaction cases.Conclusion Levofloxacin quadruple therapy for HP eradication rate, no obvious side effect, is well tolerated by the patients, curative effect is obviously superior to the traditional triple therapy, worthy of clinical application.
