丙泊酚联合雷米芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的效果观察

目的探讨不同剂量丙泊酚联合雷米芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜手术中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院于2010~2011年期间69例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料,采用随机分组的方法分为三组,A组、B组、C组各23例,分别采用剂量为2、3、4μg/ml的丙泊酚靶控输注（TCI）诱导和维持麻醉,均给予调整雷米芬太尼输注速度来维持患者血流动力学稳定。手术结束停用麻醉药开始为零点分别记录睁眼时间、拔管时间、问答切题时间。结果所有患者手术顺利完成,取得较好的麻醉效果,没有出现并发症。在睁眼时间、拔管时间、问答切题时间上,A组明显短于B组、C组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者,丙泊酚剂量为2μg/ml时联合雷米芬太尼麻醉效果最好。

The effect observation of different doses of propofol combined remifentanil in laparoscopic gynecologic surgery

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of propofol combined remifentanil in laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 69 patients with laparoscopic gynecologic surgery from 2010 to 2011. All patients were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group, used 2、3、4 μg/ml propofol for induction and maintenance of anesthesia respectively and used remifentanil to maintain the stability of haemodynamics. To halt narcotics at the end of surgery was zero point, to record eye-opening time, removal time, the time of question and answer to the point.Results The surgery of all patients accomplished smoothly, all patients achieved better effect of anesthesia without complications. The eyeopening time, removal time, the time of question and answer to the point in A group were shorter than B group and C group, difference had statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion 2 μg/ml dose of propofol combined remifentanil in laparoscopic gynecologic surgery has the best effect.
