慢性病社区预防与控制对策研究

目的:了解慢性病社区防治的现状,探索适合慢性病社区防治策略。方法:利用文献法收集资料,在分析部分社区慢性病资料的基础上,结合国内外慢性病社区防治现状进行探索研究。结果:慢性病病死率呈不断上升趋势;慢性病患病因素普遍存在;慢性病社区预防与管理不到位,不能满足社区居民的健康需求。结论:有效的组织体系是慢性病社区防治工作顺利、持续开展的有利保障,实施慢性病防治工作应以社区为中心,以社区卫生服务机构为平台,以控制危险因素为目标,以社区卫生需求为导向,开展以社区健康教育和健康促进为核心的综合防治。
