人工培育羊胆结石主要化学成分的研究

摘    要:
目的研究人工培育羊胆结石主要的化学成分,开发新的牛黄资源。方法以天然牛黄为对照品,采用分光光度法测定其主要成分胆酸、胆红素的含量。结果人工培育羊胆结石所含主要成分与牛黄对照品基本一致,仅胆红素含量较低。结论人工培育羊胆结石可作为牛黄资源开发的新途径。

Abstract:
Objective To study the main chemical composition of the artificial cultivated sheep-stone and develop the new scientific resources. Methods To take natural calculus bovisas as reference,the main content of cholic acid and bilirubin was determined by spectrophotometry.Results Two products were identical in the main contents,however,the content of bilirubin was lower.Conclusion The present method can be used to explore the new ways.
