摘    要:目的:考察非聚氯乙烯(NPVC)多层共挤膜输液袋、聚丙烯(PP)输液瓶和玻璃瓶3种材质输液容器对氟尿嘧啶的吸附性。方法:将一定量的氟尿嘧啶加入3种包装材质输液中,与输液混合均匀后分别于0,6,24,48h取样,采用高效液相色谱法测定药物浓度。结果:48h相对0h的药物含量百分数:①在PP输液瓶中,氟尿嘧啶含量在82.95%-94.9%之间;②在玻璃瓶中氟尿嘧啶含量在96.59%-101.26%之间;③在NPVC输液袋中氟尿嘧啶含量在98.30%~100.19%之间。结论:PP输液瓶对氟尿嘧啶有吸附性,临床使用该药时避免选用该材质输液瓶,若不能避免选用,应考虑适当增加剂量。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the adsorbability of non-polyvinly chloride(NPVC) infusion bags, glass bottles(G) and poly-propylenc (PP) infusion bags to fluorouracil respectively. Method: Fluorouracil was separately added to above infusion bags or bottles containing intravenous solution. Samples of drug solutions were collected at 0,6,24,48 hours and analyzed by HPLC methods. Result: The contents of fluorouraeil in pp, G and NPVC within 48 hours were 82.95% -94.9% ,96.59% - 101.26% and 98.30 - 100.18% , respectively. Conclusion: PP should not be used with fluorouracil . If there are no other choices, addition of extra drug to compensate for the losses is suggested.
