摘    要:目的 研制磷霉素多孔生物陶瓷复合体,为临床植骨并减少感染发生提供更好的选择.方法 将磷霉素溶液与多孔生物陶瓷浸泡,风干.测定生物陶瓷吸附磷霉素能力以及测定吸附后多孔生物陶瓷理化性能上的变化.结果 生物陶瓷吸附一定量的磷霉素后,理化性能测试提示其钙磷比和压缩强度仍在正常范围内.结论 生物陶瓷能吸附磷霉素,其理化性质吸附前...

Abstract:Objective To prepare fosfomycin-impregnated bioceramic as a new kind of bone graft. Methods The fosfomycin-impregnated bioceramic was prepared by means of impregnation.After irrigation sterilization,the physical and mechanical properties of fosfomycin-impregnated bioceramic was investigated.
