| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨食管癌病人术后早期肠内营养的护理方法.方法:对本院38例食管癌病人采用术中十二指肠放置营养管,术后48小时开始肠内营养,观察其效果和并发症.结果:全组仅1例出现吻合口瘘,继续肠内营养顺利恢复;5例在肠内营养中出现轻度腹泻,经处理缓解,其余病人无并发症发生.结论:食管癌病人术后早期进行肠内营养有利于病人恢复及减少并发症发生.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the method of enteral nutrition in the early stage after esoesophagogastrostomy and nursing experience.Method:thirty-eight patients with esophageal carcinoma were intubaed with a nutrition tube into the duodenum during the phagogastrostomy to start enteral nutrition (within 48 hours after surgery).Result:Only one patient suffered anastomotic stoma leak but recovery by continue enteral nutrition,5 patients suffered slight diarrhoea and released after therapy.Conclusion:It is practical for patients to use enteral nutrition method for their recovery and reduce the complication. |
