| 摘 要： | 目的观察寿胎丸对SD孕鼠生殖功能及胚胎发育的毒性。方法将孕鼠随机分成5组，即溶剂对照组、寿胎丸高剂量组（简称高剂量组）、寿胎丸中剂量组（简称中剂量组）、寿胎丸低剂量组（简称低剂量组）、阳性对照组。寿胎丸高、中、低剂量组采用灌胃给药。观察孕鼠增重、摄食量、交配率、受孕率等，并观察吸收胎、畸胎等异常状况。结果寿胎丸不同剂量对孕鼠生殖功能状态、胎仔活胎率、吸收胎率和畸胎率的影响，与溶剂对照组比较差异均无统计意义。结论寿胎丸药液在本研究所确定的50g／kg质量浓度以下，初步认为对健康育龄SD孕鼠生殖功能及其胚胎发育最大无损害效应水平为50g／kg。

| Abstract: | Objective Observed the toxicity on Shoutai Pills for reproductive function and embryonic development in pregnant rats. Methods Pregnant rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. 3 groups were administrated Shoutai Pills of different dose levels. Observed each group on weight, intake, mating rate, pregnancy rate, absorbed fetus rate and teratism rate. Results Compared with solvent control group, there was no statistical significance in different dose groups of Shoutai Pills on reproductive function, fetal survival rate, absorbed fetus rate and teratism rate. Conclusion The experimental result indicates that Shoutai Pills have no reproductive toxicity under 50 g/kg. |
