彩色多普勒分析糖尿病足的下肢动脉病变

目的观察糖尿病足与下肢动脉病变的关系。方法彩色多普勒观察我院门诊、住院的40例确诊为糖尿病足的患者与60例正常组患者,比较两组下肢动脉形态、内径、血管壁内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)、有无斑块、狭窄、闭塞、侧支循环形成及血流动力学改变。结果(1)糖尿病足患者下肢血管管腔内的硬化斑块、狭窄、闭塞的发生率明显高于对照组;(2)硬化斑块以股动脉最多见,其中以股总动脉及分叉处更明显。管腔狭窄、闭塞的发生率胫前动脉足背动脉最为明显。结论糖尿病足患者硬化、斑块、狭窄、闭塞率明显高于对照组,并且IMT增厚明显。

Analysis of Lower Extremity Arterial Lesions of Diabetic Foot by Using Color Doppler
