| 摘 要： | 根据临床工作体会，运用中医经络理论，采用按压秩边穴，＂得气＂后进行无痛肌肉注射。经临床７６４例肌肉注射青霉素Ｇ钾患者的观察，无痛者４１３人，占５４％；轻度疼痛者２２２人，占２９％，总有效率为９３．５％。本方法简便，易掌握，具有较强的实用性。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of pressing acupoint-Zhi Bian-for painless intramuscular injection was investigated in 764 cases of injection of penicillin G. The results showed that the total excellent rate was 93. 5%. 54%. of the cases was painless, 29% of them was alleviated. Author recommended this simple, easy to handle method for the painless intramuscular injection. |
