长春市城区医学人口统计

长春市人口已从1949年的475,403人增长到1983年的1,771,170人,增长了2.7倍,平均年增长率为38.3‰。人口的年龄结构:50年代为增加型,80年代逐渐趋向稳定型。人口金字塔:80年代塔基明显缩小。普通死亡率逐年下降。50年代死亡率为15.7‰,80年代为4.53‰。年龄死亡构成发生明显变化,80年代50岁以上死亡者占死亡总数的85％以上,婴幼儿死亡比例明显减少。我市死因顺位发生明显改变,80年代依次心脏病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤和意外死亡为前四位死因。平均期望寿命延长,81～83年男性为72.82岁,女性为74.38岁。现在我市人民健康水平已接近发达国家水平。

A vital statistical study on the population of Changchun urban areas

The population of Changchun urban areas were 475,403 and 1,771,170 in 1949 and 1983 respectively. It amounted to a total increase of 270%, with an average increase of 38.3‰ a year. During 1950s, a growth type in the age structure of the population prevailed. In the 1980s up to the present, there has been a tendency towards a stability type. At the same time the base of the population pyramid shrank markedly.The ordinary death rate decreases with year. An average death rate of 15.7‰ and 4.53‰ was registered in 1950s and 1980s respectively (the average death rate has been coming down).Distinct changes also took place in the age components of death, with 85 per cent of the total death above fifty, and there was an obvious decrease in the death rate of infants and children.Temendous changes have taken place in the relative sequence of the death casualities, with the following order of frequency: heart diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, malignant diseases and accidental casualities in 1980s.The average life span has been lengthening, with 72.82 years old in the male and 74.38 in the female in 1981-1983. The general level of the people's health has been markedly improved and is gradually improving.
