2001—2010年上海市嘉定区职业病发病情况

目的分析上海市嘉定区2001—2010年职业病发病情况及发病规律,提出职业病防治对策。方法运用SPSS软件对嘉定区2001—2010年确诊职业病病例进行统计分析。结果共发生职业病417例,病例主要集中在职业性皮肤病、尘肺、职业性眼病和慢性职业中毒,分别占47.96%、16.31%、14.87%和10.79%;职业病病例以男性、20～49岁、5 a以内工龄患者为主,主要来自小型企业,尤其是在轻工、机械和化工行业,占总例数的66.66%;职业性皮肤病以化学性皮肤灼伤为主,占79.50%。结论嘉定区职业病发病形势总体平稳,用人单位和政府职能部门应根据职业病发病特点采取针对性措施,做好职业病预防控制工作。

Analysis on the status of occupational diseases in Jiading District of Shanghai from 2001-2010

[Objective]To analyze the incidence rate and laws of occupational diseases in Jiading District of Shanghai from 2001-2010,put forward the measures for controlling occupational diseases.[Methods]The data of confirmed occupational disease cases in Jiading District during 2001-2010 were statistically analyzed by SPSS.[Results]There were a total of 417 cases of occupational diseases,including occupational skin diseases,pneumoconiosis,occupational eye diseases and chronic occupational poisoning,which accounted for 47.96%,16.31%,14.87% and 10.79%,respectively.Most of patients were 20-49 year-old man,and working age was less than 5 years.66.66% of cases were from small businesses,especially in light industry,machinery and chemical industry.79.50% of occupational skin diseases were chemical skin burns.[Conclusion]The status of occupational Diseases in Jiading District is generally stable.The employers and the government departments should carry out the measures according to the characteristics of occupational diseases to prevent and control the occupational diseases.
