云南省各级医疗机构消毒灭菌现状调查

目的了解云南省各级各类医疗机构消毒灭菌质量现状,以改进医疗机构消毒灭菌管理水平与感染控制措施。方法通过统一的监测和评价方法,对全省5 246家医疗机构的消毒与灭菌效果进行了监测与评价。结果全省5 246家医疗机构对不同种类消毒对象共采样27 403件,平均总合格率为88.6%。县级医疗机构合格率低于省市级。监测的不同对象中,灭菌内镜和呼吸器合格率最高,均为100%;室内空气卫生质量合格率最低,仅为61.9%。结论云南省各级各类医疗机构消毒灭菌质量不均衡,县级及其以下基层医疗机构的消毒灭菌管理有待加强。

STATUS OF DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION EFFECTS OF HOSPITALS IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

Objective To investigate the status of disinfection and sterilization quality of hospitals in Yunnan Province,and to improve the management level of disinfection and sterilization and the methods of nosocomial infection control in hospitals.Methods Data of 5 246 hospitals were collected and analyzed with the same methods of surveillance and estimation.Results 27 403 samples were tested and the overall eligible rate was 88.6%.The eligible rate of county level was the lowest.The eligible rates of sterilization endoscopic and respirators were the highest,which were both 100%.While the eligible rate of indoor air was the lowest,which was 61.9% only.Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in different hospitals in Yunnan Province is imbalance.It is necessary to increase the quality of disinfection and sterilization in county level hospitals.
