小肠间质瘤的螺旋CT诊断价值

目的:分析小肠道间质瘤的螺旋CT(MSCT)表现,评价其对该病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析11例病理证实的小肠间质瘤的多层螺旋CT表现。结果:11例肿瘤中发生于空肠6例,回肠4例,十二指肠1例,均未表现明显肠梗阻征像,直径5 cm以下者3例,直径>5 cm者8例,CT表现为类圆形或分叶状肿块,密度欠均匀,多数有坏死、囊变,增强扫描实质部分明显强化,静脉期强化较动脉期持续强化,大部分可见血管样强化。结论:小肠间质瘤的MSCT有一定的特异性,MSCT对准确定位、术前诊断有重要的价值。

Diagnostic value of MSCT for small intestinal stromal tumors

Objective To investigate the imaging features of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)for small intestinal stromal tumors(SIST) and its diagostic value.Method MSCT and pathologic reports of 11 patients who were pathologically confirmed as SIST were reviewed.Results Among the 11 cases,6 cases were originated from the jejunum,4 cases were originated from ileum,and 1 case was originated from duodenum.With CT,the tumors manifested non-homogeneous texture and round and cystic or necrotic changes could be seen.After contrast medium were injected,the parenchyma of tumors was intensified and enhancement was more obvious in the arterial phase than in the veinous one.Most of them could be seen the enhancement of appearance of vessel-like.Conclusion MSCT findings of SIST have characteristics.It is valuable in locating the lesion precisely and has potential roles in diagnosing before surgery.
