浅谈护理专业心理护理技能的培养

摘    要:目的:探讨如何培养护理专业学生学习心理护理技能。方法:分析学生学习心理护理技能的必要性,从实际教学中总结培养心理护理技能的方法。结果:总结出培养方式为:①明确心理护理重要性,使学生明确学习目的;②适当改变教学方法;③在教学中建立心理护理的典型护理模式;④锻炼学生具有敏锐的观察力;⑤锻炼学生具有灵活的应变力;⑥开发学生潜在创造力及自学能力;⑦注重良好医德的培养;⑧锻炼学生人际沟通能力。结论:高级护理专业心理护理的培养顺应了护理学科的发展,是生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式转化的需要,也是现代护理学科向更高更深层次方向迈进的必然趋势。

Abstract:Objective To discuss how to cultivate the psychological nursing skills of students who were nursing professional.Method We analyzed the necessary of students′ studying the psychological nursing skills,and summarized the method of cultivating the psychological training skills in practical teaching.Results We summarized the method:①Clearing the importance of psychological nursing,making student clear the learning goals.②Changing the teaching method properly.③Setting up the typical nursing mode of psychologcal nursing in teaching.④Training students to have strict attention to details.⑤Training students to have flexible adaptation.⑥Developing the students′ potential creativity and self-learning ability.⑦Paying attention to developing good medical ethics.⑧Training students′ interpersonal communication ability.Conclusion The development of psychological nursing of Senior nursing profession complied with the development of nursing subject,and it also the need of transformation of biological model to biological-psychological-social model,and also the inevitable trend of modern nursing discipline to the higher and deeper level.
