血清胱抑素C检测对早期糖尿病肾病诊断价值

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)检测对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法:选择133例糖尿病(DM)患者,根据尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的不同分为A组、B组和C组,并选择50例同期健康体检者作为正常对照组。检测四组研究对象的尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)及Cys C水平,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病肾病(DN)早期阶段BUN、Scr水平的改变并不明显,在DN发展的各阶段,Cys C水平改变差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期DN中,Cys C与BUN、Scr呈正相关(P<0.01);早期DN中Cys C敏感性高于BUN、Scr,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Cys C检测可作为诊断早期DN的敏感指标。

The value of Cystatin C detection in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C(Cys C) in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 133 patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) patients,according to urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were divided into A group,B group and C group,and 50 cases of healthy people were used as normal control group.Blood urea nitrogen were detected in four groups of subjects(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr) and Cys C level,and test results were statistically analyzed.Results In early stage of diabetic nephropathy(DN) BUN,Scr levels did not change significantly,each stage in the development of DN,Cys and C level had significant difference(P<0.05);in early DN,the positive correlation between Cys C and BUN,Scr(P<0.01);early DN Cys C high sensitivity in BUN,Scr,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cys C detection can be used as a sensitive index for diagnosis of early DN.
