原发不孕患者行体外受精—胚胎移植的女方病因及妊娠结局分析

目的:探讨原发不孕患者行体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的女方病因中各因素对妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析182例因女方原因行IVF-ET的原发不孕患者,根据不孕的主要因素分为4组。输卵管因素组、排卵障碍组、子宫内膜异位症组及不明原因组。比较4组间的胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率。结果:输卵管因素组胚胎种植率较高,但与其余各组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。输卵管因素组与排卵障碍组临床妊娠率较高,输卵管因素组临床妊娠率较其余各组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输卵管因素组的异位妊娠率较高,与其他三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在预测IVF-ET结局中应注意输卵管因素特别是输卵管积液对妊娠结局的影响。

The woman's cause and pregnancy outcome of primary infertility underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

Objective To investigate the cause of the woman primary infertility underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),the impact of various factors on pregnancy outcome.Methods A retrospective analysis of 182 cases of patients with primary infertility due to the woman's reason row IVF-ET's divided into four groups,based on the main factors of infertility.Tubal factor group,anovulatory group,endometriosis group and unexplained group.The comparison between the four groups of embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate,ectopic pregnancy rate.Results Tubal factor group higher implantation rate,but with the rest of the group difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Tubal factor group anovulatory group higher clinical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate of tubal factor group than the other groups have significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Ectopic pregnancy of tubal factor group,compared with the other three groups was statistically significant significantly(P<0.001).Couclusion The prediction should pay attention to the fallopian tube factors especially the hydrosalpinx on pregnancy outcome in IVF-ET.
