胸痹病因病机及证治发微

胸痹以胸膺部疼痛为主证,包含了心、肺、食管、胃、胸膜及胸壁等疾患,其主要病机是"阳微阴弦"。阳微是寸脉微弱,指阳气亏虚,主要为心肺胸阳不足;阴弦是关、尺脉弦,指脾肾阳虚而阴寒、痰浊阻滞。胸痹辨证特点是本虚标实,治疗原则是祛邪以散寒、豁痰、活血、行气为主;扶正以益气助阳、滋阴养血为主。

Primary discussion of the cause of disease,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of Xiongbi

Xiongbi＇s main symptom is pain on chest. Xiongbi include disease of heart,lungs,esophagus, stomach,pleura and parapet et al. The main pathogenesis of the disease of Xiongbi is ＂weak pulse at Yang and stringy pulse at Yin＂. ＂Weak pulse at YANG＂ is Cun pulse feeble,it is Yang Qi deficiency of heart and lungs. ＂Stringy pulse at Yin＂is Guan pulse and Chi pulse stringy,it is Yang Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney,stagnation of turbid phlegm. Xiongbi＇s characteristic is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Treatment principle is merely alleviate the symptoms of an illness that is dispelling cold,expelling phlegm,activating blood,regulating Qi and strengthening the body resistance is benefiting Qi to invigorate Yang,nourishing Yin and benefiting blood.
