手术病人输血知识认知情况调查及护理对策

目的　了解接受手术拟输血病人对输血一般知识认知情况,探讨开展输血知识健康教育的必要性。方法　对2 0 0例拟手术病人进行输血知识问卷调查,了解接受和不接受输血知识教育2组病人对输血需求及对输血的心理担忧情况。结果　对输血知识非常了解仅6 % ,近半数( 4 7% )不了解,93 .5 %病人要求接受输血知识健康教育。结论　对拟接受输血的病人开展多种形式的输血知识健康教育可提高病人对输血疗法的顺从性,减少病人对输血的心理担忧

Investigation and nursing countermeasure of blood transfusion knowledge in the patients with operation

Objective To learn conditions of the patients with operation in blood transfusion knowledge and investigate the necessity to develop education of blood transfusion knowledge. Methods 200 patients were interviewed by questionnaire, which to understand the psychological anxiety of blood transfusion and transfusion demand of 2 groups who accept and refuse education of blood transfusion. Results The patients, knowledge level of blood transfusion was very low and only 6% patients pretty understood knowledge of blood transfusion,47% patients did not understand it;93.5% patients had demanded health education in the knowledge of blood transfusion. Conclusion It is necessary to develop health education in blood transfusion knowledge for patients,by which the patients can be satisfied and their anxiety can be decreased smoothly.
