儿童医院感染相关因素分析及防治对策

目的：通过对儿童医院感染监测,分析医院感染的相关因素,探讨加强医院感染管理,有效降低儿童医院感染率。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,对本院1994－2001年间发生医院感染的病例进行综合分析,尤其对各年的感染率、构成比等进行分析、对比。结果：8年内共有医院感染数2507例,平均感染率为5．03％,其中以上呼吸道感染、感染性腹泻居首位。结论：对儿童医院感染的防范重点是提高儿童机体的免疫力,病房内空气消毒及合理使用各类抗菌药物。

Analysis of Pediatric Nosocomial Infection Associated Factors and it''''s Prevention Measures

Objective Through monitoring pediatric nosocomial infection and analysis of it's infection associated factors, to improve the management and reduce the rate of nosocomial infection effectively in pediatric hospital. Method By retrospective investigation combined with doctor's case reports of nosocomial infection from 1994 to 2001, annual infection rate and composition proportion were specially analysed. Results A total of 2 507 cases of nosocomial infection were reported within eight years, average infection rate of 5.03%. Respiratory infection and infectious diarrhea were among the top list. Conclusion To prevent nosocomial infection in pediatric hospital several possible measures could be taken and should be emphasized including improvement of body immunity, purification of air and reasonable use of antibiotics.
