2006年日照市东港区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg调查

[目的]调查东港区食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性情况，为防治乙型肝炎提供真实可靠的数据。[方法]采用酶联免疫法对东港区14792名从业人员进行HBsAg、HBeAg检测，并对统计结果进行统计分析。[结果]被检测的14792名从业人员中，HBsAg阳性282例，阳性率1．90％。其中男性阳性率2．94％，女性阳性率1．51％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；食品从业人员阳性率1．93％，公共场所从业人员阳性率1．84％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；不同年龄组阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）．[结论]东港区及公共场所从业人员中总体HBsAg阳性率较低。建议调离病毒携带者的同时，加强从业人员乙肝疫苗预防接种，提高对乙肝病毒的免疫力。

Investigation on HBsAg Carrier Status among Employees in Food and Public Places in Donggang District of Rizhao City in 2006

[Objective]To investigate the carrier status of serum hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg） in employees engaged in food and public places in Donggang district so as to provide true basis for hepatitis B immunization, [Methods]Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was performed to detect serum HBsAg and HBeAg among 14 792 employees engaged in food and public places in Donggang district. The result was statistically analyzed. [Results]Among 14 792 employees tested, 2 82 of themwere HBsAg positive （ 1. 9 0 % ）. Of them, the positive ratein male was 2.9 4 % , whilein female was 1.51%. There was a significant difference in the HBsAg（＋） rates between different genders（ P〈0.01）. The positive rate of the food employees was 1. 93%, while it was 1.84% in public places（ P〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference. And there was no significant difference between different age（ P〉0. 05）. [Conclusion]HBsAg positive rate in employees in food and public places in Donggang district was comparatively low. It is necessary to inoculate hepatitis B vaccine for the employees to improve the immunity against HBV while the carriers of serum hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg） were transferring from their post.
