山东省中小学生肥胖流行趋势及体质评价

[目的]分析1995、2005年山东省中小学生肥胖流行趋势，对肥胖儿童的体质状况进行综合评价，为制定综合干预措施提供依据。[方法]按照《中国学生超重、肥胖BMI筛查标准》进行肥胖筛检，参照《中国学生体质综合评价方法及标准》对肥胖儿童体质进行综合评价。[结果]1995-2005年的10年间，山东省7～18岁城市男生肥胖率由5．28％上升到14．48％，城市女生由3．22％上升到6．81％，乡村男生由0．56％上升到7．09％，乡村女生由0．22％上升到4．72％。肥胖学生的体质较差，肥胖男生体质在中等以上者仅占4．51％，中等以下者占64．98％；肥胖女生体质在中等以上者仅占7．29％，中等以下者占47．57％。[结论]山东省儿童少年肥胖率快速增长，成为严重的公共卫生问题，肥胖儿童体质较差，应采取综合措施，加强体能训练。

Analysis on Obesity Epidemic Tendency and Body Constitution Evaluation for Students in Middle and Primary Schools in Shandong Province

[Objective]To analyze the obesity epidemic tendency of students in middle and primary schools in Shandong Province from 1995 to 2005 ,evaluate the body constitution of obese children synthetically and provide evidence for intervention measure development. [Methods]The obese children were screened according to the Chinese BMI screening standards for overweight and obesity children and the body constitution of obese children were evaluated synthetically by the synthetic evaluation methods and standards of body constitution for Chinese students. [Results] During the past decade from 1995 to 2005, the obesity rates of boys and girls aged between 7 and 18 have raised from 5. 28 % to 14. 48 % and from 3.22% to 6.81% respectively in city in Sbandong Province. And in rural areas, the obesity rates of them have also increased from 0. 56% to7, 09% and from 0.22% to 4. 72% respectively. The body constitutions of obese students are generally bad. The proportion that the body constitutions of obese boys are over moderate is only 4.51%, while that below moderate is 64.98 % ; the proportion that the body constitutions of obese girls are over moderate is only 7.29 %, while that below moderate is 47.57 %. [Conclusion]The obesity rate of children and juveniles is increasing rapidly in Shandong Province and the obesity has become a severe public health problem. The body constitutions of obese children are generally bad, so the synthetic measures should be adopted to strengthen their physical abilities.
