| 摘 要： | 目的]评价通过德尔斐专家咨询法形成的《中医知信行问卷》的信度、效度。方法]将《中医知信行问卷》运用于人群调查，通过调查结果分析问卷的信度、效度。结果]29个指标的Spearman相关系数均大于0．6，（P〈0．01）。问卷3部分及问卷总体Cronbach＇s系数、分半信度均在0．75以上。对29个指标进行因子分析，产生3个公因子，总共能解释总体方差的65．4％。29个指标的因子负荷均大于0．4。结论]本问卷的信度、效度符合要求，问卷具有较好的稳定性和内在一致性。

| Abstract: | Objective]To evaluate the reliability and validity of KAP Questionnaire of TCM by Delphi. Methods]By analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey,the reliability and validity were calculated. Results]The correlation coefficient of 29 indicators were all over 0.6 ,and their P values were all less than 0.01. Each part and the whole Cronbach＇s a coeficient of the questionnaire,split reliability were all over 0.75. three public factors were produced by factors analyzing of 29 indicators, they could explain 65.4% of the whole variance. The factor loadings of the 29 indicators were all over 0.4. Conclusion]The reliability and validity of the questionnaire had reached the demands of standard questionnaire. |
