2009年广州市市区职业人群对流通纸币卫生的观念和习惯调查

[目的]了解不同职业人群对流通纸币卫生的观念与使用习惯,为进一步开展有关内容的健康教育提供支持和依据。[方法]2009年,在广州市市区采用分层的单纯随机抽样方法,在不同职业人群集中区域抽取部分人群进行调查。[结果]调查425人,认为纸币脏的占83.29%,不脏的占8.94%,不清楚的占7.76%。认为纸币脏者所占比例,银行职员为41.43%,医务工作者为30.43%,餐饮工作者为9.64%,学生为17.50%,其他职业者为87.86%（P〈0.01）。全部调查对象中,认为纸币可以消毒的占87.86%,认为纸币可以传播疾病的占87.06%;使用纸币卫生习惯优秀、良好、差的分别占3.06%、40.71%、56.24%。使用纸币卫生习惯优良者所占比例,医务工作者为63.94%,餐饮工作者为40.96%,银行职员为34.29%,学生为20.00%,其他职业者为45.00%（P〈0.01）。[结论]广州市市区职业人群对于纸币的卫生意识以及使用习惯存在问题。

Investigation on the Hygienic Concept and Behavior for Currency Notes among Occupational People in Guangzhou City in 2009

[Objective]To understand the hygienic concept and behavior for currency notes among people with different occupations,provide basis and support for health education on related knowledge.[Methods]Investigation was conducted among some people with different occupations selected with stratified sampling methods in Guangzhou city.[Results]Of the 425 people investigated,83.29% of them think that the hygienic condition of currency notes was bad,of them,bank clerk,medical workers,workers in catering trade,students and people with other occupations accounted for16.5%,21.6%,19.5%,17.50% and 87.86% respectively（P〈0.01）.not bad accounted for 8.94%,unknown accounted for 7.76%.Of all the people,87.86% of them think that notes can be disinfected,87.06% of them think that diseases can be transmitted by notes.The score of A,B,and C concerning hygienic behavior accounted for 3.06%、40.71% and 56.24% respectively.Bank clerk,medical workers,workers in catering trade,students and people with other occupations with good hygienic behavior accounted for 63.94%,40.96%,34.29%,20.00% and 45.00% respectively.[Conclusion]There were some problems in hygienic concept and behavior in the use of currency notes among occupational people in Guangzhou city.
