2004～2008年龙岩市肺结核病人报告、转诊和追踪情况分析

[目的]了解龙岩市肺结核病人报告、转诊及追踪情况,进一步提高肺结核病人的发现水平。[方法]对龙岩市20042008年各县（市、区）上报的中国结核病控制工作月报表及相关数据进行核对和分析。[结果]龙岩市20042008年全市综合医疗机构网络直报7 551例肺结核病人,到结防机构就诊的2 090例。非结防机构肺结核病人转诊到位率、追踪到位率、总体到位率分别由2004年的5.3%、20.7%和24.9%提高到2008年的35.9%、68.0%和79.5%。[结论]加强医疗机构和结防机构在肺结核病人发现、转诊和追踪工作中的协调、管理和督查是提高肺结核病人发现的有效

Analysis of the Report,Referral and Follow-up of Tuberculosis Patients in Longyan City from 2004 to 2008

[Objective]To understand the status of report,referral and follow-up of tuberculosis patients in Longyan city,to further improve the detection level of TB patients.[Methods]Monthly report form and related data of China TB prevention and control reported by municipal,counties and districts from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed and checked.[Results]7 551 TB patients were reported from direct network report system of the comprehensive hospitals in Longyan city from 2004 to 2008.2 090 cases visited the Institutes for TB Control and Prevention.The arrival rate of referral,follow-up and the total arrival rate of TB patients in other hospitals and clinics increased from 5.3%,20.7% and 24.9% in 2004 to 35.9%,68.0% and 79.5% in 2008.[Conclusion]Coordination,management and supervision on the detection,referral and follow-up of TB patients between Medical Institutions and Institutes for TB Control and Prevention must be strengthened,in order to effectively detect TB patients.
