2006-2008年山东省流行性脑脊髓膜炎资料分析

[目的]了解山东省2006～2008年流行性脑脊髓膜炎（流脑）流行病学特征，为预防控制流脑提供依据。[方法]对2006-2008年山东省流脑疫情和监测资料进行分析。[结果]山东省2006～2008年合计报告流脑98例，各年分别为49、28和21例，发病率分别为0．053／10万、0．030／10万、0．023／10万；分别死亡5、6和1例。98例病人中，临沂市24例（死亡3例）、菏泽市21例；1～4月发病的占72．44％；≤14岁的占65．31％；检出脑膜炎奈瑟菌A群2株。C群5株。检测健康人咽拭子4836份，73份检出脑膜炎奈瑟菌（其中A群14株、C群7株）．带菌率为1．52％。[结论]山东省流脑发病呈散发状态，A群、C群菌株同时存在。

Epidemioiogical Analysis for Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis in Shandong Province from 2006 to 2008

[Objective]To investigate the epidemic characteristic of the epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（ECSM） from 2006-2008 in Shandong to provide evidence for the prevention and control of the ECSM. [Methods]Data of the epidemic situation and surveillance of Shandong provincial disease control system from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed with both statistical and experimental methods. [Resnlts]There were totally 98 case reports from 2006 to 2008 with 49,28 and 21 cases for each year respectively. The incidence were 0. 053/100 0000, 0. 030/100 000,0. 023/100 000 respectively. The number of death cases were 5,6,and 1 respectively. Among all the eases, 24 eases were reported in Linyi prefecture with 3 deaths and 21 in Heze. The cases reported between January to April accounted for 72.44% and the cases aged under 14 accounted for 65.31%. Two strains of A type and 5 strains of C type of Neisseria intracellularis were identified. 4836 samples of healthy population were tested and 73 samples were positive for Neisseria intracellularis among which 14 were A subtype and ？ were C subtype. The carrier rate was 1.52%. [Conclusion]The epidemic characteristic of ECSM in Shandong are mainly sporadic with the A and C subtype occurred simultaneously.
