| 摘 要： | [目的]了解攀枝花市企业职工乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染情况，指导乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗接种。[方法]2006年，对攀枝花市某企业全部661名职工进行血清HBV标志物检测。[结果]检测661人，HBV感染率为41．75％，其中HBsAg阳性率为9．23%，抗-HBs阳性率为27．84％，HBeAg阳性率为2．72％，抗-HBe阳性率为8．32％，抗-HBc阳性率为17．85％。[结论]攀枝花市某企业职工HBV感染率低于全国平均水平，HBsAg阳性率处于全国平均水平。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the status of HBV infection among industry employees in Panzhihua city,give the guidance for hepatitis B（HBV） vaccination. [Methods]Serum HBV markers were tested for 661 employees in a industry in Panzhihua in 2006. [Results] Of the 661 employees tested, HBV infection rate was 41.75 %, HBsAg-positive rate was 9.23%, anti-HBs-positive rate was 27.84%, HBeAg-positive rate was 2.72%, anti-HBe-positive rate was 8.32%, anti- HBc positive rate was 17.85 %. [Conclusion]HBV infection rate among a industry employees in Panzhihua was lower than the national average level, HBsAg positive rate was at the national average level. |
