2009年青岛市南仲小学学生心理卫生调查

[目的]了解小学生心理卫生状况，为小学心理健康教育提供数据支持。[方法]2009年3月对青岛南仲小学336名小学生，采取抽样问卷的方式进行心理卫生调查。[结果]发现部分小学生存在心理卫生问题．学习疲劳、学习焦虑、考试焦虑、交往困难、易受挫折、烦躁易怒、注意力分散7项心理卫生指标的检出率分别为55．6％、51．7％，67．2％-38．3％．52．2％．55．0％．50．6％．其中考试焦虑的检出率最高。按照性别分析，男生仅有2项检出率高于女生。按照年级分析，中年级学生心理卫生健康状况优于低、高年级学生。[结论]加强心理卫生健康教育工作势在必行．应把心理卫生健康教育纳人学校常规教学管理机制，充分发挥社会、学校、家长、教师的作用，全面提高小学生心理卫生健康水平。

Investigation on Mental health among Nanzhong Primary School Students in 2009 in Qingdao

[Objective]To understand the status of mental health in primary school students, in order to provide scientific data to support mental health education in primary schools. [Methods] Investigation on mental health by means of questionnaire was conducted to 336 Nanzhong primary school students in Qingdao. [Results]There were some problems of mental health among some students. The detection rate of leaning fatigue, learning anxiety, test anxiety, communication di[ficulty, vulnerable to setback, irritability and distraction. was 55.6%, 51.7%, 67.2%, 38.3%, 52.2%, 55.0 %and 50.6 % respectively. The detection rate of test anxiety was the highest. The detection rate in 2 items was higher in boy students than that in girl students. The status of mental health in middle grade students was better than that in low and high ones. [Conclusion]lt is necessary to enhance mental health education. Mental health education should be introduced to school routine teaching mechanism. Bring into full play the role of the community, school, parents and teachers, in order to comprehensively improve the mental health level in primary schools.
