2006年枣庄市薛城区农村人群乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学调查

目的]了解农村人群乙肝病毒（HBV）感染状况。方法]2006年10月，枣庄市薛城区疾病预防控制中心对辖区3个乡镇的610名农村居民进行血清学调查。结果]检测610人，HBsAg阳性者28人，阳性率为4．59％；抗-HBs阳性的362人，阳性率为59．34％，其中单项抗-HBs阳性、有乙肝疫苗接种史的246人（占检测总人数的40．33％）；抗-HBc阳性的156人，占25．57％。HBV感染率为26．56％（162／610），〈10岁儿童最低（5．53％），50～54岁最高（60．00％），随着年龄的增大呈递增趋势（P〈0．01）；农民为45．90％，其他人群为13．66％（P〈0．01）。结论]薛城区农村人群HBV感染率较高。

Serological Investigation of HBV Infection in Rural Population in Xuecheng District of Zaozhuang City in 2006

Objective]To investigate the status of hepatitis B virus（HBV） infection in rural areas. Methods]In October 2006,Serologic tests for HBV, including HBsAg, HBeAg, antibody to HBsAg（anti-HBs）, antibody to HBeAg（anti- HBe） .and antibody to HBeAg（anti-HBc） were performed in 610 rural residents from three townships in Xuecheng district of Zaozhuang city. Results]Of the 610 people,28 were HBsAg positive （4.59%）,362 anti-HBs positive（59. 340/oo）,and 156 anti-HBc positive（25.57 %）. In 362 anti -HBs positive, there is a history of hepatitis B vaccination in 246 people（accounting for 40.33% in the total detection number）. HBV infection rate was 26.56 % （162/610）. HBV infection rate was the minimum in children aged under 10 years old（5.53 % ） ,the highest in people aged from 50 - 54 years old（60.00 %） and showed a trend of progressive increase with age（ P d0.01）. HBV infection rate was 45. 90% in farmer, 13.66% in other groups（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion] HBV infection rate is higher in rural population in Xuecheng district.
