2007年渝东片区321名放射工作人员健康状况调查

摘    要:
[目的]了解渝东片区从事放射工作人员的健康状况,为进一步改善放射卫生防护设施提供科学依据。[方法]对2007年渝东片区321名放射工作人员职业健康检查资料进行分析。[结果]神经衰弱综合症、眼晶状体混浊随工龄增加而升高;外周血象只有血小板随工龄的增加而稍上升;尿素氮异常率、淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核异常率都随工龄的增加而上升,其变化有统计学意义;心电图、B超、肌酐和肝功能异常与接触小剂量电离辐射无关。[结论]长期小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的健康有一定的影响.应加强放射防护工作。

Abstract:
[Objective]To understand the health condition among radiation workers in Yudong district, provide scientific basis for further improving the equipment for radiation health protection. [Methods]Occupational health examination data among 321 radiation workers from Yudong district in 2007 were analyzed. [Results]The prevalence of neurasthenic syndrome and lenticular opacity increased along with the increase of working years. Of the result tested for peripheral hemogram,only blood platelet increased slightly along with the increase of the working years. The abnormal rate of urea nitrogen,aberration rate of lymphocyte chromosomal and the abnormal rate of micronucleus increased along with the increase of the working years. There was a statistical significance. The abnormality of electrocardiogram, B ultrasonic scanning, inosine and liver function had no relation to the exposure to small dose of ionizing radiation. [Conclusion]Long exposure to small dose of ionizing radiation can endanger the radiation workers health, radiation protection must be strengthened.
