双链季铵盐消毒剂对非关键物体表面消毒效果评价

摘    要:
目的比较双链季铵盐消毒剂与含氯消毒剂对医院非关键物体表面消毒的效果。方法选择复旦大学附属华山医院神经内科的监护病房,选取呼吸机面板及床护栏表面分别用两种消毒剂对非关键物体表面,进行消毒,比较消毒前、消毒15min及6h后的杀菌率。结果两种消毒剂对医院非关键表面的消毒效果比较差异无统计学意义。结论双链季铵盐消毒剂具有低毒、低腐蚀性和低刺激性的特点,是医院非关键物体表面消毒的理想选择。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the sterilization effects of double-quaternary ammonium(3M)disin- fectant and chlorine-containing disinfectants on the surface of non-key articles in hospital.Methods The experiement was conducted in the neurological ICU of Huashan hospital affiliated to Fudan University. The two disinfectants were applied seperately on the surface of the non-key articles(ventilator panels and bed rails).Bacterial cultures were collected before,15 rain and 6 h after sterilization respectively.Disin- fection rates of the two agents were compared.Feed-back informations from patients and medical workers were collected.Results There was no significant difference between 3 M disinfectants and chlorine-con- taining disinfectants with respect to sterilization effect of non-key articles in the hospital.Conclusion The double-quaternary ammonium disinfectant is an ideal option for sterilization of the non-key articles in hospital because it' s low toxicity,low erosive ness and low irritation.
