药用植物百合甾体皂苷研究进展

摘    要:介绍药用植物百合甾体皂苷类成分及药理作用研究进展,为百合合理开发提供参考.查阅国内外相关资料并对重点是对百合中甾体皂苷成分的结构相关信息进行全面详尽的归纳和整理.目前为止,已发现的甾体皂苷类化学成分主要有47种.药理研究表明,甾体皂苷具有抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗炎和抗肿瘤等作用.从文献来看,百合甾体皂苷的研究主要在有效部位的抗抑郁、抗炎、抗氧化和胃肠道作用等方面,对其单体药理研究及毒性研究较少,建议加强百合甾体皂苷的急毒研究,为其安全有效用药提供有意义的参考.

Abstract:To summarize the research progress on steroidal saponins,pharmacological actions in medicinal plants of lily,and provide useful references for the further research. The relevant information and references about lily were looked through,and further analyzed and reviewed , especially its chemical structure of steroidal saponins. Up to now, fourty-seven kinds of steroidal saponins were isolated from lily. Pharmacological references show that it has effects on antidepressant, antioxidant, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor and so on.The pharmacological research mainly focus on steroidal saponins's antidepressant, antioxidant, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor and gastrointestinal effects,but very few researches focus on its monomers activity and toxicity,we should carry out further studies on monomers activity and toxicity,so that we may ensure its safe and effectiveness in clinic application.
