小鼠结核病初期T淋巴细胞亚群穿孔素和颗粒酶B的检测

目的了解结核病初期T淋巴细胞亚群内穿孔素和颗粒酶B的表达水平。方法将30只小鼠随机分为2组：对照组和试验组各15只。实验组经尾静脉途径接种结核菌株H37Rv 0.1 mg。感染6周后,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群内细胞因子（穿孔素和颗粒酶B）的表达。结果CD8^＋T、CD4^＋CD8^＋（DP）T淋巴细胞内颗粒酶B阳性细胞百分率比对照组显著升高（P〈0.05）;CD4^＋T淋巴细胞内颗粒酶B阳性细胞百分率以及CD8^＋T、CD4^＋T、DPT淋巴细胞内穿孔素阳性细胞百分率与对照组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论在结核病初期,CD8^＋T、DPT淋巴细胞内颗粒酶B阳性细胞增多,而CD4^＋T淋巴细胞内颗粒酶B阳性细胞和CD8^＋T、CD4^＋T、DPT淋巴细胞内穿孔素阳性细胞无显著变化。

Detection of Perforin and Granzyme B in T Lymphocyte Subsets in Tuberculosis Infection of MICE
