1196例结肠息肉的临床诊治经验

目的探讨结肠息肉的临床特点、病理类型与癌变的关系及其诊治。方法回顾性分析1196例结肠息肉患者的临床资料，分析其症状、息肉的分布、大小、病理结果及治疗情况。结果结肠息肉检出率20．50％，临床症状中腹痛多见（23．75％），直径为1．1—2cm息肉恶变率达22．58％，68枚左半结肠息肉癌变，病理类型以腺瘤性息肉多见（906枚），其中11枚伴重度不典型增生，90枚癌变。结论结肠镜下摘除结肠息肉是有效的治疗方法。

Clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of 1 196 cases of colorectal polyps.

Objective To review clinical and pathological factors affected colorectal polypcarcinoma and diagnosis and treatment of polyps.Methods We analyzed the clinical data of 1196 cases of colorectal polyps retrospectively, including symptoms, polyps＇ position, size, pathological characteristics and treatment.Results The incidence of colorectal polyps was 20.50%.Bellyache occurred in 23.75% of cases.The rate of canceration was 22.58% in polyps of 0.6cm-1. lcm in diameter.68 pieces of the left colon polyps were detected to be neoplasm.906 pieces of colorectal polyps were adenomatous ones, including 11 cases of gravis atypical hyperplasia and 90 cases of canceration. Conclusions The colonoscopy therapy for removing the polyps is safe, simple, less painful and effective.
