| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院病区药柜的药品管理情况,确保临床用药安全有效。方法调查临床各个病区基数药品、急救车及麻醉精神药品的批号、效期及保存情况,记录数据并进行总结分析。结果检查各类药品总计2945批次,其中过期药品共68批次,近效期药品共285批次,有批号无效期药品共98批次,未按要求贮存药品共6批次。结论只有对病区药柜实施科学化、规范化、制度化管理,才能确保临床患者用药安全有效 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand drug management of inpatient medical wards in our hospital and insure the safety and efficiency of drug using.Methods Record and analyze the lot number,valid period and storage condition of base drugs,drugs in treatment wheels,narcotic and psychotropic drugs in each medical ward.Results Investigate the 2945 lots.Expired drugs were 68 lots.Near validity drugs were 285 lot.Drug lack of valid period were 98 lots.Drugs in unqualified storage condition were 6 lots.Conclusions The systematization and standardization of management will help us to insure the safety and efficiency of clinical drug use. |
