| 摘 要： | 目的：建立检测血清中核糖核酸酶抑制因子（Ribonuclease Inhibitor，RI）含量的问：陵酶联免疫吸附法（EUSA），并分析该方法的特异性和敏感性。方法：用血清样品包被酶标板，兔抗人RI抗体为一抗，辣根过氧化物酶标记的羊抗兔抗体为二抗，建立血清RI定量检测的间接EUSA法。结果：所建立的用于血清中RI含量检测的间接ELISA方法特异性好．灵敏度高。结论：间接ELISA法可以用于测定血清中的RI抗原含量，具有良好的灵敏度和稳定性，能够有效的反映出人血清中的RI表达情况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an indirect ELISA technique for the detection of the content of Ribonuclease Inhibitor (RI) antigen in serum and analyse the specificity,sensitivity and reliability of the method.Methods:The RI in serum was used as antigen and rabbit anti-RI was used as the first antibody and goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP was used as the second antibody. The best dilution for rabbit anti-RI and goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP were decided according to the best reaction condition standards for ELISA,the indirect ELISA for the detection of RI antigen expressed in serum was established.Results:The indirect ELISA is stable,highly sensitive and specific.Conclusion::The indirect ELISA is a specific and sensitive method in the detection of the expression of RI antigen in serum. |
