Status and influencing factors of inhaled drugs at the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Wujiaqu area

Objective To investigate the status quo of inhalation of long-acting anticholinergic receptor(Lama)and long-acting bronchodilator/inhaled hormone(Laba/ICs)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during stable period,and to analyze the various factors affecting the treatment,so as to improve the implementation of standardized treatment of COPD according to the gold guidelines.Methods COPD patients at grade C and D in our hospital were selected to investigate the application status of Lama and Laba/ICs inhalation at stable phase,and the factors influencing inhalation therapy.Various factors affecting treatment were compared and analyzed,and solutions were proposed.Results Through investigation,it found that only 58 cases(17.8%)were inhaled drugs according to gold regimen at stable stage in 326 patients with COPD at grade C and D.268 cases were not standardized treatment,accounting for 82.2%.The survey found that the main factors affecting the treatment were lack of understanding of their own condition and the necessity of medication(51.2%),poor self-efficacy(33.6%)and difficulty in mastering the correct inhalation method(27.6%).Conclusion 1.Only less than 1/5 of the patients received standardized treatment.2.The factors affecting standardized treatment are mainly lack of understanding of the disease condition,insufficient understanding of the necessity of medication,poor self feeling effect,and failure to master the correct inhalation method.It can be improved by strengthening disease publicity and education,general practitioners training,social support system intervention and other ways.
