医改背景下公立医院青年医务工作者人文素养培养的创新模式初探

青年医务工作者是医院卫生事业蓬勃发展的未来保证,作为医院综合医务工作推进的主力军,必须首先抓好他们的人文素养培养,让他们懂得“行医之前先学做人”的基本行业准则。本文结合医改背景,从青年医务工作者人文素养培养的新要求与必要性入手,主要阐述了当前公立医院青年医务工作者的人文素养培养重要性、必要性,并对公立医院青年医务工作者人文素养培养模式进行探索和创新,通过设立实施“阳光青团健康成长教育”项目、邀请金牌导师量身定制创新培训课程、开展“女神养成记项目”相关活动等三项主要举措及若干其他的创新培养方法和模式。特将项目的进展状况和取得成果作如下展示,希望能够为公立医院培养青年医务人才,提高医院医学人文素养,促进医疗大环境健康发展,不断提升社会公共卫生事业发展水平贡献自身的力量。

Preliminary study on the innovative model of cultivating the humanity quality of young medical workers in public hospitals under the background of medical reform

Young medical workers are the future guarantee for the vigorous development of the hospital''s health industry,and they are the main force in the promotion of the hospital''s comprehensive medical work.We must first cultivate their humanistic literacy training,so that they understand the basic industry guidelines of learning to be a man before practicing medicine.Based on the background of medical reform,this article starts with the new requirements and necessity of humanistic literacy training for young medical workers,and mainly elaborates the importance and necessity of the current humanistic literacy training of young medical workers in public hospitals and the humanistic literacy of young medical workers in public hospitals.In addition,this paper explores and innovates the humanistic literacy training model of young medical workers in public hospitals,through the establishment and implementation of the Sunshine Youth League Healthy Growth Education project,inviting gold medal instructors to tailor-made innovative training courses,launching the Goddess Development Project related activities and other three major initiatives,as well as several other innovation models.The progress and achievements of the project are shown as follows,hoping to train young medical talents for public hospitals,improve the medical humanistic literacy of hospitals,promote the healthy development of the medical environment,and continue to contribute to the development of social public health.
